EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY
Winter is somehow here already!

It’s legal for her to talk to her Google contacts including hiring managers to work something out but using her Google email to apply for jobs as a contractor is not very smart.
I honestly don’t know but if I was in her position I’d get to know some people within Google, farm them for information, and put in a good word for myself. We are all people and it comes down to relationships at the end of the day.
Agree. That would be a very poor show of judgment and ethics on her part.
Using the account to research job listings is one, but applying it is misleading. It could also lead to uncomfortable questions for all parties involved later on :/
Dropping hints with trusted client counterparts might be the best way to go.
Makes sense. Thank you
She can reach out to her internal Google contacts, who can refer her to other teams for open roles. She won’t have visibility into our internal job sites, which is where the hiring manager/ recruiter details will be listed. Its against agreements for her to represent herself as a Google employee or use it on public forums.

It's legal, but not ethical.
You must be talking about Accenture LOL
Legal but not ethical. And no.
When I was at Accenture, it was honestly mind boggling how many SF based consultants and analysts were on the Google account.
🙈 mind blown lol
