AC1 - I understand what you’re saying, but at the same time I’d rather save both the interviewer and myself the time if the role doesn’t align with my basic needs. If an interviewer tells me that the comp for their role is $20k per year working 15 hours a day, I would spare both of us the effort it takes to go through the process. And especially as someone who’s always only home for the weekend, it’s very valuable to me.
Heard WLB is good, pay might be less than what you’re making now. What level are you at EY?

How bout going through the interview process and observing - then deciding? If your weekend is that valuable that you don’t want to spend time and effort to explore a new opportunity, then doubtful they’ll be able to provide much to satisfy your needs...
