You should be at least 110k if not higher, depending on what role you'll be doing for the client. Homegrow consultant, fresh from college, i would say if you did really well you could easily hit 100k after 3 years of working and at least 2 promos (to get to "consultant" l9 level). And if you're jumping to afs you should ideally get more. I say this as a former afs employee who coded, as opposed to the traditional business analyst.
$90k as a data point. I’m an L9, which is our consultant level. I have an advanced (terminal) degree that’s not a MBA.
$130k as a data point out of MBA to fed consulting
