After technical interview, HR said that she 'your feedback is awaiting an approve from manager'. What does that mean??

I have worked in a PM team for 4yrs

> 3yrs were as a Business Analyst & 1 yr as an Associate PM in other company. If in a JD its written 2yrs of PM exp required, then will my application be considered even though I have 4yrs of Product Management team Experience?

If Not then WHY is this trend in market?

I’ve been working for a company for 25yrs, looking for advancement. I’m considered an SME, managing people, Vendors and working on large system conversions. Have provided long term goals. When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.
