Problems getting automotive jobs

So here is my situation

I want to get back into the automotive field I originally started doing retail with the company I'm at now while I waited for a lube technician position to open back up because when getting hired they told me I would be a great candidate for the position. A year with the company later the position finally opens I send in my application and HR refuses to send my resume to the manager because she feels I'm not a good fit.I'll comment more

Made it to the last round of an interview with one of the intelligence agencies. Just got a letter in the mail yesterday saying they will not be moving forward with me.

They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down. I’m a top performer & a workhorse. I’ve put so much effort into making sure my team is okay I forgot about myself. Now I am buried in work, performance is dropping & I can’t stop crying randomly. I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected.
