Memorization, yes. rita mulcahy 8th edition book and CD with sample tests is what I used and strongly recommend.

I also did old school flash cards.

You need to enter PMI-land

Where did you go to sign up for Deloittes boot camp?

Type in PMP in the search on D net. That will lead you to the CoP page with upcoming classes.

Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. Thanks for any insights.

Also not too sure of advertising as my heart is still in journalism but this pays the bills. Wary of other companies that might push me into working (most) weekends and evenings +Still don’t fully understand the US job market. Tips?

Can someone please tell the details and when we can expect the new revised letter mentioning the new designation.

What is work-life balance like in big tech legal? I’m currently in house at a large multinational; I like my job and I get paid fine, with a very good WLB (40-45 hrs). I want to look into FAANG-type opportunities as they would mean a huge pay bump, and I think I’m qualified, but I have no idea about the hours, and I don’t want to substantially give up WLB, as that’s why I left BigLaw. I don’t want to be miserable again. I know Amazon is poorly reputed for lawyer WLB… what about other places?
