PSA NASDAQ is trying to pull a fast one and make ETF investors the bagholders for overhyped IPOs. Basically bypassing the usual period for price discovery of 6-18 months and make sure that pre-IPO investors can dump their stock at the peak of the hype cycle. Reshuffle your portfolios accordingly:

If this rule change causes someone to feel they need to “reshuffle” their portfolio then they weren’t diversified enough in the first place. Prudent investors diversify globally and across asset classes, not just in a U.S. stock market or S&P500 index (or worse, a tech-focused index).
TQQQ is a little much for me, but I like my QQQM for my 30+ year time gorizon

Seems Nasdaq are changing from an annual intake to more regular.
Why would I want to wait 12 months longer if a company went public in January vs December.
Mostly seems a non issue, or net benefit if anything.
