Hello Deloitte 🐠 20 YOE. Have referral for a content and marketing M role in cybersecurity -- the focus of my career pivot. Submitted my application today, but my referrer isn't in Cyber. I know people in their Salesforce practice that's been on the bench since May.
"On the bench" means you're not being utilized on a billable engagement. You're still going to have to go into the office and network a little and join committees to show your managers that you aren't just sitting around doing nothing...but they won't do anything if you do, lol.
Many use the time to skill up.
We don’t have much bench in proserve. It’s more than usual but nothing to worry about. Proserv was also not impacted by the layoffs happened at salesforce level
