PwC stands for Partners without Care. EY means Exceptionally Yucky. Pick your poison.
Or come to RSM; Really Solid Management. Please? I need staff.

Theyre all the same just pick the one whose team you vibed with the most during the interviewing process

Pwc has like 25 days PTO, undefined sick and 12 holidays. EY has undefined PTO, 10 sick days, and 18-19 holidays. PwC 401k match is .25 up to 6%, EY is .25 up to 6% for first 4 years then .5 up to 6% after 4 years plus a one time 4K 401k contribution after 2 years.

Yeah I agree with EY2 to an extent. The PwC WealthBuilder is a bit more beneficial than pension once you get to M and SM - the contribution is like 6% of your salary a year to the retirement account… so if you’re making 200k that’s 12K a year… which is a lot better than most pension contributions a year.
Culture is largely dependent on the team. I often see descriptions of work experiences at PwC that are completely different in every way from mine. I am sure the same goes for EY.
Pwc goat hmu for referral
Tech at EY is crap. Everything you’ve heard is true. I came from EY and will never go back. All other benefits are just about equal, although I do love the cellphone perk here at pdubs. You only get $60/mo for phone at $25/mo for internet at EY (internet benefit is new due to COVID).
