Question about staffing. For projects that have no signature but are very likely to execute (80-90%), is your organization willing to risk staffing and kick the project off? (I.e pipeline projects).

Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college.
