I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?
Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Hmmm. Interesting. Maybe just play by the ear and not say anything ? The SM might want to speak to you again and may want to recruit you to his practice directly. If it's a mistake, soon HR will realize it and set your interview with someone else.
I had this same thing happen with KPMG. The manager just wanted to interview me again in depth. Got the offer.
Sounds like interviewer wanted a second date. Hot or Not?
Should I tell HR that I already spoke to this person?
OP, how long did it take to hear back from them?
Our experienced hire recruiting is an embarrassment to the firm. Don't assume they know anything. Recommend telling the recruiter so you can get the interview reassigned. Otherwise you may end up waiting a few weeks for a do-over with someone else.
I already emailed back confirming the interview 😶 should I just say FYI I interviewed with this guy before? The same recruiter appears to be copied on the email so he should know that I talked to this guy before....
I don't use the term "embarrassment" as any sort of hyperbole
And SC1 I heard back to schedule about ten days after my on-site interview
I'll also add that they're having me do this phone interview AND another in person 😵
EY- is it the same for Parthenon recruiting? Or is that a little more organized?
I'm not sure about Parthenon. Sorry :(
Update: as E2 expected, the manager realized that he has already spoken to me during the call and sent a note to HR 😅
