Background - I work in leadership (my title hasn’t updated) for a boutique tech consulting firm that I recently found out has cash flow issues and I’m not sticking around to see if it resolves. I’ve been talking to a few companies and am at offer stage for 2, receiving one today. (Finishing in comments)

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.
