Fastest rule out is lack of clarity. A resume or LinkedIn that makes it hard to understand what you actually did. What stands out is the opposite. Clear impact, simple language, and a story that connects skills to real outcomes.
Fastest out = resumes that are inaccurate or fake.
Fastest in = nepotism 😜
