Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Need like for completing profile. Thanks.

It seems you don’t know how it works either. $250k would be if the person could manage to work full time for an entire year, which unfortunately, is not easy to achieve as a freelancer. The idea is to work half of that, hopefully more. So $5k/week would actually represent $125k, which admittedly, should be a senior level person, not a junior. Also, where’s this spreadsheet you speak of?
CD2, I leave at 5:00 every day and have zero enemies. People say thank you to me when I solve their problem. I miss traveling, but that’s about it.
Here’s the spreadsheet for anyone in this thread: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11obKJpckWJNyEYPdhHM0iaGp0x4QoVk_7aitRC5zVlc
Lol... hiring a junior freelancer is a total waste of time and money...
Either it wasn’t clear it was a junior role, or they’re asking too much as a junior. Here’s the easy part though - offer them less or don’t hire them.
It was clear. They’re either not reading, asking too much or just testing to see if we’ll move. Moved on, just thought it was amusing.
Freelancers lie to each other about how big they are getting paid and it creates the impression (especially with those new to it) that people feel like they need a $1k day rate to crop images.
They’ll never make $250k and it’s taxed at half. But for a junior that does sound a little high.
Sometimes, freelancers hit dry spells and need some dough.
Sometimes, they’re just intrigued by the project or your company and just want to get in.
Sometimes, they just wanna do something to keep their pencils sharp.
I’ve been in all three positions.
If they’re willing to work at your rate, it doesn’t matter.
The spreadsheet?
