I recently received a VP offer at AlixPartners, can someone at AP help me understand this new profit sharing/ longevity bonus they have? The HR rep was not very clear given how new it is. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. 1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.
