Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

AWS cloud application architect. Had an on-site interview with AWS a few days ago and just got an email saying they want to talk to me about next steps. The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. I have all the relevant experience for that role and feel like I’d be a better fit for that senior role. How should I approach this conversation? Is this even possible? Amazon

Honestly, does it matter? They want to talk to you again and you’re still in the running. Take that for what it is and be grateful that they didn’t go with the other candidate just because someone forgot to ask something, someone had a slightly better answer, whatever. You’re interviewing at Google, man. Maybe the local deli doesn’t have as many rounds, you know, but isn’t it worth it?
Ahh okay that makes sense. That makes me feel better thank you! I'll try to relax. It's probably just some clarifying questions haha. Thank you
oh wow thats great. I applied for three early career roles at google Toronto Canada. one is an account strategist and the rest is for strategic partner. I passed the assessments and I was told a recruiter will look at my file an call if I am a fit. I am just curious on how long it will take to get that call or feedback. I will really appreciate if you can share your experience.
I would clarify with the recruiter at the same time when providing availability. Something like - "What's the format of the interview? Do you need me to prepare a presentation?".
