I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini

Nope
It really is crazy the Stockholm syndrome we have
I’ve seen people be let go in the middle of a pitch. It shouldn’t burn any bridges, if it does those people are just being petty. I’ve also seen people be laid off while on a client call during their presentation so yeah do you boo. Take the job you’ve been wanting for a while.
This happened to me, and I asked that we hold off on the job transition until after the pitch. Your new agency can hardly fault you for loyalty and I think I came off better from both shops.
No, no one remembers these things

Put in your notice and offer to finish leading the pitch if your employer wants you to.
Are you going to put this pitch in your port? If not, I wouldn’t care.
Really depends on your relationship with your current team and how hard it will be on them to replace you in the pitch.
If you don’t mind leaving them that problem, then take that dream job ASAP! Put in your notice and if they ask you to finish that pitch then see it through.
It’s incredibly sad that you even ask yourself (and here) the question.
