Recently I gave interview in accenture for SDET role(Automation testing) , and it went well and on salary expectation I ask them for 10LPA will they offer?

I am having 1.7 year of experience in automation field.

All my six-figure salary consultant friends are ranting about how poor they feel right now because their IRAs/portfolios are down. Think the people in this industry need to take time to volunteer or engage with some tougher parts of town and understand that by virtue of even having investment accounts, that they’re more financially safe than at least 50% of America. I’ve heard that AP/Principal/SM (the level immediately below Partner) is the hardest place to exit. Is this the prevailing wisdom you’ve heard, and why is it so difficult to exit at that level?
