Recently moved to the US and finding it harder to find a sustainability role here although I have 3 years sus consulting experience at a big4 overseas. Is anyone open to having a chat about the sustainability job market, job hunting tips or has recommended open roles? Any help is appreciated!

Need some advice: Last year I left consulting to take a job in industry (a pay cut, but more freedom, WLB). Due to covid I switched to yet another company (same industry). It’s been half a year at the new place and I absolutely hate it. Not the work, but the company genuinely sucks. Considering a) mba for next fall (just as a reset) or b) job hopping yet again. I’m so demoralized that the past two industry jobs have gone so badly. I’m starting to regret not just staying in consulting...

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday.
