Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture.We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior.The managers are expecting me to join all the calls.No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Try directly with airline sites. I used make my trip in past, and when I tried to change my tickets then I had go through some hoops.
This i agree with. There is no real advantage left with using a travel agency

Airline sites have been good for me as well. For insurance, my parents tried TATA and Star health. Especially check cost for preexisting conditions and check if they cover out patient and over the counter medication , I believe Star health did not have that.
For insurance, I recommend using US-based insurance. You can shop on Insubuy or Visitors Coverage. Compare comprehensive options with fixed coverage.

I don't know if US based insurance are for real. They don't have any customer care, most of time don't cover outpatient visits. That was my experience when I got one from insubuy. No primary care or specialist took that. We paid out of pocket
