Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

Having access to that information is unlikely. Not impossible and may come up in a background check, but unlikely. Recruiters are more focused on skills and attitude. Severance wouldn’t matter. PIP, if they found out, you’d need to be able to address.

Thank you for your input, if a PIP comes up, I'd try my best to explain it professionally.
I have to agree with you on that. I feel like companies often put someone on a vague PIP because they don't want them to recover from it. To me, it feels more like a formality before letting them go.

My last compant even fired before putting me on PIP
Extremely unlikely they'd find out. But like HIM1 said better have a good explanation handy just in case.

I agree, important to have a backup
