S1 in audit making 75k in nyc. Heard PwC pays like 90-95k to seniors. Im aware it takes an additional year to become a senior in PwC but I feel extremely underpaid with amount of work I do. Want to go to other firms as experienced hire but I should stay in D for visa reasons. Is there any way I can negotiate my salary with D if I can get better offer from other big 4 and is it bad to negotiate salary if I want to stay? TIA!

I was in public accounting for almost 5 years prior and stepped away as a supervising senior in audit for a mid tier firm. Would love to get a chance to connect/network with some people.

I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day.
