Happy short month
Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..
Questions -
Have I been low balled?
Thoughts??
Also, what do you prefer WFH or WFO?
Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?

$130k for me, you can probably aim for a bit higher
Not sure about the 145 range,PC range at Capco starts at 140..SC range tapers off at 130k and stops at 135k..
I can confirm that $140K is a valid salary. The person in question is at PC level in experience, but has never worked as a consultant before.

I have like 11 YOE, spent the first 6 years in industry, and came in as an experienced hire. Little bit different from the traditional path.

Sc starts at least at 105. I’ve heard lower as well.
All the 130/140 ish salary base for SC are outliers.SC range starts at 105/110k
I am looking to apply to capco, I thought SC salary range in London is 60k to 70k?
Current UK SC - 65k with c. 10k bonus
