Salesforce Autodesk I have two offers in hand one is Autodesk as senior software engineer and other is salesforce as senior technical consultant . Package wise both are same but Autodesk is provide RSU as additional . I am confused which to choose ? In autodesk they said a hybrid is it compulsory of 2days to go to office in a week ? Junior associate here (2L). Got some ‘constructive feedback’ from a 4L. We went over budget on a matter, and 4L thinks it has something to do with my inefficient delegation to 0Ls (and not the all the out of scope work the client asked us to do but doesn’t want to pay for...). Delegated tasks included basic grunt work like splitting out documents, preparing execution versions and other low-level tasks. 4L asked me to check with them before I delegate anything in the future. I should go study abroad this month, but I am extremely anxious, I’m not excited about my course and overall not ready. Should I take a break and go next year or just do it? I did not think through the course I picked and it is new to the university so I would be in the very first batch.
