Salesforce Pros: What's Been Your Biggest Learning Curve?

Hey everyone! I’m a Salesforce Developer with 3 years of experience, and while I'm comfortable with LWC components, I’m equally bad at apex, aura and vf pages. Like I can do it if I get a story about those but it takes time to research for me. What was the most challenging aspect for you when starting out? Would love to hear how you overcame it!

Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

1st/2nd year consultants in tech - what industry jobs do you apply to?

I’m (early30s) about 8 months into a relationship with a 40m. Things are wonderful in every aspect, but he is absolutely atrocious with his finances. I felt it becoming an issue about two months ago. Specific question for fish based in the UK.
Could you let me know what your employer contributions to your company pension scheme are?
For instance, they contribute half of your contribution up to a maximum of 3%. Before any tax incentives etc.
Interested to see the variances, it seems to be substantial from what I've seen. If it changes with level/seniority, please make that clear as well so we can differentiate between companywide averages and individual circumstances / positioning.
