What are you doing differently here that the platform will not end up as another layer in the market ?

Transparency - flat 7% commission charged for contract management and no NDA for discussing the rate. This will enable happier contractors, longer term commitments and reduced expenses for the client. This is as opposed to the industry practice of 20-40 percent. vetted experts - pre screening contractors including reference checks ( some companies do this already ) Reduced expense for the client - the transition from 40 % to 7 % will automatically reduce the expense for companies. SAP contractors have been getting paid less and less while companies are paying more and more for 20 years ( I say that as someone with 15 years of sap experience )

Interesting.

DM me - sounds interesting but also want to see book of business. Would like to start up a company of Superstar highly skilled contractors to fix crisis-related issues - people who do the work of 2-3 people but charge out $200+ / hr

Not sure if 7% will work for vendors who like to treat their contractors and employees well unless you add volumes, having worked on both sides senior manager for Big4 SAP practice and now working as a partner for boutique. But I agree, this area is highly fragmented and gets mixed up with vendors that typically come from staff aug mentality. Happy to provide my inputs and support in testing a pilot if needed.

Is anyone else just depleted? I am deep in my bones exhausted. I'm a mom of 2 girls (6 & 9) and my partner is a firefighter/paramedic & a nurse. Home schooling, the commodity market of PPE, all of my teams marketing, no communication from management, scheduling hell and forced PTO to be home for hybrid learning

Has anyone quit their job and travelled the world for a long period of time? Any things I should think about (stuff like travel health insurance or other tips)?
