It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

I’m looking for a junior - DM me
CONT. Too experienced for junior roles, not enough experience for mid level. Advice? What would you do in this situation?
I’d love to see the feedback you get
As frustrating as it might be, you’ll probably need to apply for junior strategist roles again. It’s unlikely that someone is going to hire you at a mid level strat role without much time spent as a junior.
That being said, you will probably be able to advance fairly quickly if you’re good.
Ah. That’s more time than I assumed. You’ll find a place as a mid-level - just going to be a numbers game.
You can also try to train yourself as much as possible in the meantime to speed up the process, though unfortunately I think the experience is needed to nail certain craft skills.
How long were you in that role before getting laid off?
Look for both types of jobs. Be honest about where you see your experience and skill set as being. You might be further along and don’t realiZe it, and someone can train you on that other 25%. It’s not either / or
There’s a ton of resources out there for juniors - study everything you can get your hands on. Also work on a side project (s) which shows your passion, commitment and thinking - one where you get to show your strategic chops
Within certain resources like planning dirty, you can work on case studies that help sharpen your thinking and ability to hone in on insights
You just have to know the right people and they have to know you.
