Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. With the CDC releasing new mandates, What are partners seeing from clients? Are they asking for full return to the office? I definitely want to keep staying wfh and not commuting :/

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

Anyone noticed that with aerobic / cardio exercises it gets more difficult to focus? It is like my mind a TV and someone else gets the remote and goes through every channel every 30 seconds or so

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. in the past i have seen My project manager has not given them a release, in the end they have to resign.
I am in a product support project, i want to switch to another domain.
I am preparing for that but here also i work honestly. I got A band in the last 2 years, my lead is on notice period now they are making me lead ,i dont want that ( extra responsibilities with no extra money) but currently I am the only option for them.
