Seeking advice: in market for primary SFH and the LLC where I’m a partner is looking at townhome investment property. Both in the same areas with different realtors. How do I make sure I’m in clear with all and doing right by the realtors. Thanks.

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.
To me this seems extremely cumbersome and would require multiple classes of (cont’d)

I'm a Canadian on the TN visa working in the US and planning on maxing my Roth IRA (6k) and will have enough left to max my 401k this year, but am not sure if I should just use a taxable account over 401k due to tax considerations when I move back to Canada (likely 1-2 years from now). Any thoughts here? I don't think I'll have enough RRSP room to move 401k>IRA>RRSP and I would prefer to not have to file US taxes every year in retirement for withdrawls if I left the 401k in the US.

Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. Would that be okay to show high rent as 30000 per month to my wife as landlord. Earlier I was paying 9000 rs per month to different landlord. @ IBM

Hi all - I'm on a £100-110k base + bonus at a tier 2 firm. This is in the region where personal allowance for tax starts eroding away..

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. Is it okay to buy a home worth 660K for a couple earning 325K TC together? The HOA and taxes for this home bring the monthly payment up to ~4.8K which is ~32% of our monthly take home after tax…we’re first time home buyers, any advise is appreciated!

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

I'm under contract for a new build in progress that won't be done until much later this year. I fully expect interest rates will be higher than what I originally estimated. I may or may not try to lock in a good rate early, but I'm planning on renting it out and this throws a bit if a wrench in my margins. I can take it financially, but wondering, If I absolutely needed to get out of buying it, what recourse do I have? Or could I go ahead, and refinance later (who knows rates at that time...)?
