Seeking advice on a Creative Supervisor role that involves assisting a creative manager and supervising three in-house graphic designers. My supervisory experience includes managing one or two interns each year for the past five years. I’ve heard that supervising interns might not count as full supervisory experience—does this apply here? Also, what are the typical duties I can expect in this role? Got offer from BCG for ECT. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalist track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/ guidance appreciated!
I am not super keen to become a partner (selling) and main reason to join will be working with different clients, smart talented people and a good brand. End goal (at the moment atleast) is to stay for few years and return to the industry. 15 YOE

I lose FAR credit on 11/4 and only have 1 left (failed it in the last testing window). When's the latest I can take my last exam? If I sit for it on 11/3 and pass, then I'll be a CPA?

Which one to join LTI or a small product company. Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world. What do you think about switching tech stacks vs becoming an expert in one stack? I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I don't know whether I should explore other tech stacks while I'm young, or instead focus on becoming a Java expert, given that I enjoy working in Java.

What programs do my fellow HR managers recommend as far as personality assessments for hiring ?

Is it more worth it to go into FDD at a regional firm now, or hope that my current big 4 will transfer me come spring 2021?

I'm kind of in the mindset of only doing FDD at big 4, otherwise I'll go straight to industry. Am I being too down on mid-market FDD experience and the related exit ops?

Also, I can't go the route of doing FDD at a different big 4. Already got rejected by all of them cause I'm not in audit (but have CPA).

What’s your take on a job listing that states “From $xx,xxx”

The particular job I’m looking at has this on the listing and I’m curious as to what their budget actually is. Do I assume a range?

They’re seeking someone with 5-8 years experience. I have the latter (8 almost 9)

How would I approach this when asked without pricing myself out of the position? Especially if they’re not willing to be upfront (assuming here) how much they’d want to offer me in particular.

I still get so anxious for client presentations, even though I run it through multiple times with my partner AND have my notes ready on screen.
