Looking to switch Job ensuing deteriorating work culture and immense sales pressure here. Currently my CTC here is 27 LPA plus medical benefits for me and dependents. Which domain can I move into without a compromise on my current salary.

Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. I feel I am really underpaid and EY is not valuing me as an employee. Based on ur experience can you let me know the actual market rate for my profile?

In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
