Reasons I don’t think I should sell 1) I don’t need the cash in the near term 2) I will not be able find an alternate investment better than this to put my cash towards 3) interest rate on this is 3.5% and I won’t be able to finance a property at that rate any time in the near future.
Reason to sell 1) what if there’s a crash next year or rates go back down to attractive levels to scoop up good deals.

I have 3 YOE and and MS and I’m noticing that many managers and people who have 10+ yoe are very behind when it comes to their data technologies specifically, lacking in Python and cloud . Why is this with data being such a fast moving field why aren’t this people riding to the occasion of learning? Most of them just stick to SQL and excel 😅
