I was given a promotion and raise in March of this year and at the time was very appreciative. However, since then I’ve learned that because I was already underpaid the raise I received still has me at a lower salary than others in my role. Is there a way to bring this up now or do I wait until next annual reviews and raises?

Does anyone know the salary band for Oracle ERP at the big 4 firms at Consultant level? Currently an analyst at a mid market consulting firm specializing in financials. Worked in Oracle sales for 8 months after graduation and have been at my current firm as an Oracle ERP consulting analyst for 6 months, looking to make the move when I have a year under my belt at my current firm. Associates (equivalent to Deloitte Consultant level) at my firm are base 95-100k with 10-15% annual bonus

Is Deloitte's compensation really competitive or do they have a lot of confidence in their culture that would make them retain their staff?

The current increase in compensation is temporary and it is quite expected considering the poaching and the market conditions. However, it is quite less compared to the other Big 4s. Are they really so confident on their working environment is better than the other Big 4s (have quite a few friends in other big 4s and they have confirmed this). Thoughts?

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

I interned at Deloitte and was offered to start in September of this year but got a call offering to start March 8th. I accepted but now I am super nervous. I’m scared I won’t be smart enough, will do a bad job, and will end up being let go. I haven’t passed any CPA parts yet due to the pandemic and life getting in the way.
