I have recently joined wipro... its been a month...previously I was able to see acount and project details when joined.. from last 3 days..all those details have been nullified. But in proposed oppurtunity i could see some project name added..UDW OPAR Sub 1.. it shows status as allocated.. what does it mean.. i gave my client interview on friday..and since then i could see these changes... can someone let me know. Wipro Cognizant Tata Consultancy Accenture Infosys Deloitte PwC

Whatever salary you are asking for and getting, you need to justify that. First to yourself and then to the company with your work.
Once you can do that, you don't have to worry.
Numbers will differ person to person based on their potential and capabilities.
Don't rush things. Take time. Everybody will reach at the same destination one after another. 🙂

Everything comes with cost .. big salary and designation comes with great responsibility.. you can not skip from responsibility. If you are honest and know that you can deliver, don’t hesitate to ask more salary as you will bring more value to the table

I don't think much depends on your compensation, If you're in some pathetic project you'll have messed up WLB and vice versa.
I have seen many chaps working their bottoms off and making far less than the deserved amount.

3-5 yoe - 16+ LPA , I think It looks like more for me as I have 4.5 LPA for 4 YOE 😂
Higher salary puts you more on vulnerable side of laying off and involuntary attrition...
