Shortly after my toxic supervisor was hired she told a coworker as I was walking by, "Now that I'm a supervisor, I'm hiring all of my friends". She did and they were more toxic than she was. The job wasn't great but we were all positive and had work ethic so we made it work. After she came on board we all quit. The manager was covert toxic and I overheard her admitting to another coworker that she's immature. She spoke badly about everyone who quit and ghosted us.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Should I start panicking or simply start looking elsewhere? They even they even told me if I was looking elsewhere or planned on doing so also. I found it weird in a way.
