Should a Deloitte offer letter/contract include any language on severance in case of separation?

I got offers from PragerM, UHY, and PKF. I think I made my decision but wanted to see if anyone had any insight of them. Would you not choose one for one reason or another? Or is there one that stands out and would jump on immediately? Thanks all.

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Usually companies ask what's your current and expected CTC. In this situation, what would be the best response? Shall I give them my last invoice that I got paid or tell them it's variable?

I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.
