Sounds like she just wants some insight into your goals - like she values you but wants to manage her expectations about how long you're planning to stick around. If you have regular 1:1s, bring up your career trajectory in the next one. What does she see you doing at the company in a year? Or over time? What would you need to accomplish to get there? Tell her what you enjoy about the job and what you're curious about at this current company.
I don't think it's a red flag, rather if you play it right, it's an opportunity to lay a foundation for eventual advancement.

I got that same question once (though not nearly as bluntly). Here was my response:
I’m always going to go where I can learn the most. Right now, there’s a lot [you/your team] can teach me. Until that changes, I’m not looking to jump.
