Should I leave my 400k total comp in-house job (10 YOE) to make 550k at a biglaw firm as Counsel/Senior Associate with potential for partner track?

I’m enjoying my current company, the culture, the work etc.The problem is that I am being paid quite a bit under market. What would be the best way to negotiate a higher salary during year end review?

I'm interviewing at a SaaS company that has about 50 people. What's a good way to figure out how financially stable they are? What questions can I ask in an interview? I don't want them to turn around in 6 months and lay me off because the economy isn't doing well.

They started with it being a 75-80k budgeted position. What are typical base salaries for someone with 4.5 ttl YOE? Does it matter that 3 YOE was in an adjacent industry?

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

Can I leave my biglaw job 3 months before my COA clerkship? Not sure if it will look bad or like I have a gap in my resume. I’m going on 2 years at my firm and I can’t stand it. How do people focus in the office? I'm a first year and I've been mostly wfh since I started and I'm super productive at home - my setup is comfortable, I rarely get interrupted, and I feel like I can stay really focused in my home office.

Our SAs started today, so the firm is making us come in more often. My office set up is so awkward, screens are too small, and I'm constantly getting interrupted. Not to mention the extra time it took to get ready and commute. How do people do this?
