One like and I’ll put my entire life savings into crypto

Thinking of buying in SF but know next to nothing about investing in real estate. Can anyone recommend resources, especially with local knowledge?

In a perfect world how much would you want to make a year to both pay off your loans and live a good life? I think I'd need to make upwards of $200k to pay off my loans, take care of my family and live a fulfilling life.

Anyone have any good book recommendations around building passive income sources/building wealth?

Are there any crypto ETFs or anything on the stock market that I can invest in instead of having to deal with coinbase, etc.?

Can/should I represent myself (or in other words do not hire a buyer’s agent) when buying a new construction? Will I get the 3% that would have gone to the buyer’s agent, that i can put towards closing cost? I wouldn’t do this if buying an older property but I can’t think of much that an agent would add value in new construction purchase to justify the 3% cost. Thoughts/suggestions/guidance? First time home buyer. Thx

My parents have a couple of minor investments in the stock market. Do I have to include my parents investments even if they are citizens of another country and invest only within that country?

Do bank managers/loan officers at local branches have any sway in approving loans? I live in a small Midwest town would it be better to go to my local bank and see if people I know there can get a better rate etc on an auto loan?

Folks who trade more than a couple of times a day, do you have to have your crypto in the exchange during the non-trading times ? I am debating if it’s safe to keep in the exchange or is there a better way perhaps moving from cold storage to exchange every time ? I know the transaction fee is a killer . Thoughts ?
