I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. But I don’t know why it went down another 10 points. More below:

Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b. How do for do about looking for positions that sponsor your visa? I'm in the defense sector and have previously healthcare and financial services experience. Also worked in global matrix organisations with US teams so know the culture quite well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably also because we get few leads and I have to do a lot of building pipeline from scratch. Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
