Sick Day Guilt. I took my very first sick day today. I was out all of Sunday plus late into Monday (2 am) throwing up because of food poisoning. I couldn’t get a sub in time because it came on so quickly and our district currently has a sub shortage. My kids got split up into K and 1st grade classes since we didn’t have a sub.I feel so guilty for taking the day even though I was sick. Has anyone had this guilty feeling before despite actually being sick?

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?

I’ve been having insomnia lately (around 1 month). Tried the usual, lighter dinners, no caffeine etc. with no improvement…. Have been taking Focalin for +\- 8 months. I‘m mindful of timing as well to not interfere with sleep my schedule. Now I wonder if switching to Vyvanse or something else might help.
