I don't really eat pork but this does sound really good. I may have to make a rendition of it but leave the pork off. I bet this would be good without meat as well. This sounds right up my alley OP, thank you for sharing this.
A vegetarian version of this:
Boil spaghetti in lightly salted water, then in a pan with olive oil (try to use the best quality) just sauté your veggie of choice. Sliced onions or mushrooms or bell peppers or even broccoli (can be anything really) but keep it simple. Then when spaghetti is al dente mix into the pan with olive oil. Add halved cherry tomatoes into the mix. Garnish with chopped Italian parsley and a few basil leaves. Maybe a small sprinkle of olive oil on top.
