Slalom Consulting I’ve heard of some negative experiences with recruiting & am interested in how long their interview process is. I’ve been interviewing for a advisory consultant position and haven’t heard anything for a week. I’ve interviewed with 2 directors, but haven’t gotten any feedback. Should I assume that they’ve moved on to other candidates or does their interview process take a bit longer?

Has anyone been rejected at the H1B interview in india?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…
