Going off % is not a good way to measure pay equity.
Slalom rewards those who negotiate their offer coming in… even though they tell associates the offer is not negotiable (I have written proof of this).
Some start at 70k for AC and when they get to C they HAVE to get to 86k because that is the pay band. Other AC start at 80k and get to 90k. The percentage increase from 70->86k is obviously higher than the percentage increase from 80->90k.
Slalom LOVES to focus on the % increase rather than market competitive rate once you are an employee. I encourage you to not use your % increase with these pay bands. It means nothing if you are only going to the minimum part of your band.

Your negotiation power was when you were joining the company. You don’t have much as a current employee. You get what they give you. At least in my market.
