So EY LAW said there are risk traveling to Puerto Rico without a visa stamp even though it’s a territory and that travel should be kept to absolute necessary ones at this time. I understand from a lot of threads that there are no threats traveling to PR immigration wise but is it wise to disregard what they are explicitly asking one to do? They also asked to keep travel advisories in mind if I still plan on traveling there.

If my company is deducting tax on reimbursements for example relocation, flight travel, mobile usage, etc. Then how to show in tax filing? bcoz as per my understanding it should not be taxable as I am using my money and company is refunding and no extra income. It's like I have already paid once and while refunding company again deducting. Please guide on this issue.
