Scale up. Excellent use of consulting terms.
I've heard that partners start at $400 and scale up about $100 per year
Partner material right here
At Deloitte there are five levels (A to E). Each level is tiered from a unit perspective. Through conversations it's a little like this: A (375 to 550), B (550 to 770), C (770 to 1,100), D (1,100 to 1,500), and E (1,500 +). The avg. partner stops at level C. So somewhere around a million a year. I guess the real motivator is the pension!
So there are different levels of partners, and you basically buy in more units each year depending on performance and level. I think the higher end can get in the millions. Each unit pays 1k if Deloitte makes plan, higher or lower otherwise. I read somewhere that the avg is about 900 units
How much does a unit cost?
I don't know, I think you are basically offered a certain amount depending on performance
Depends on the partners one I know makes 1 million plus a Porsche
