So I currently am in clinical project management but I would like to know what is the process or what are the steps I can take to become CRC or CRA?

After nearly 20 years in the military serving in T&E and HR roles, I’m considering moving on and have been conducting lots of research into consulting. BS, MA, and SPHR cert - no MBA. I’m looking for suggestions or advise about transitioning. DC Metro area is likely landing spot.

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. Does anybody have any advice on how to power through this or what other routs I could go?

I recently became an Anaplan Certified Level 1 Model Builder and have been applying to a lot of roles. Does anyone have any recommendation on companies to apply to and a range that is suitable with that certification? So far I have applied to the the big four consulting firms and Fintech companies.

The role matters until a certain point to me. What does it matter is career and learning perspectives. Do you have any previous experience with one of the two companies? SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Which are the certifications that can add great value to our CV as An IT employee ?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

So I’ve taught middle school and now I’m thinking I want to make the switch to high school. Those that have gone from middle to high school, how has that change been for you? Especially those in Alabama, did you have get additional certification? My license says 4-8 math, algebra and geometry

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.
