So I have been managing social media accounts since 2020 locally but don't have any certificates or testimonials. I've worked with 4 business since 2020. How do i approach remote social media account management jobs? What should i write in resume, how should I build it or style it. Can anyone please help by giving materials or links to educate myself. On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”.
