Yes you can. You may have an issue redeeming though. When I left my company and had the same thing, I had an error that said to book the travel through company travel portal. Just call delta and tell them you’re no longer at the company. They’ll reissue the credit as a personal credit.

Oooh awesome thank you!

Yes. The reality is that the ticket credit is in your name, and your previous company has very likely lost visibility to the credits and has no easy way to reclaim the money sitting associated with your Sky Miles account, anyway.
Technically it’s your company’s refund. Especially if they’ve reimbursed you for the cost of the ticket, or if they purely paid for the ticket. If Delta gave you travel credits in just your name I don’t know how they would, or you would refund your firm. You could use them since no one else would be able to use it. Doubt the airlines would refund you in the form of a check either. Just have to look at your own ethical values I guess since you know the full details.

That’s theft.

You can redeem it. If it works, they didnt recoup the cost and they will not go after you for this, especially if you left. It was a sunk cost as M1 said
I mean they can’t refund you So that your can pay the company back
Exactly
