So I thought I had a virtual interview it turns out to be an information session with the recruiter. The recruiter said, “I wish you applied 2wks ago because the person we are thinking about may not accept this role because they applied to various roles here and have interviews.” I’m sitting there shocked like what? He then says, “if we decide not to go with them we really want to interview you because your experience is exactly what we’re looking for..” Uhmm..idek how to process this lol
